1. 14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. Contact us with your account email.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but reach out if something went wrong — we review requests case by case.
3. How to request
Email us from your account address and we will process eligible refunds via the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
